We recently had Andy Porter train 22 of our staff in his Customer Service Boot Camp. It was well worth the investment. He came several times before hand and spent a lot of time talking to our staff and seeing what our business is about so he could customize his information to relate specifically to us. By him talking to people beforehand it also helped the staff get enthusiastic about the Customer Service Training. He had great information for the staff and hand-outs for them take home. His information was not just about our clients but information that can be used in life and down the road. We’ve already seen his ideas put to use several times by our staff. They definitely walked away with new ways to approach clients and ways to handle difficult ones.

He also gave the management team valuable information and insight about our staff. I am a firm believer that any investment in your staff is worth it and I would definitely recommend Andy’s Customer Service Boot Camp.
